County Housing Report Map

Habitat for Humanity is building in over 40 counties across Colorado to help address the state’s housing crisis. The average Colorado resident can no longer afford to buy a home. Rising costs, limited inventory, and wages that haven’t kept pace with the cost of living are pushing families out of the communities where they live and work.

We believe homeownership should be within reach for everyone. These reports highlight local data and housing needs in each county, showing why affordable homeownership matters and where the greatest gaps exist. They also connect to Habitat Colorado’s advocacy priorities, which focus on policy solutions that expand access to affordable homeownership statewide.
