Partnerships

Habitat for Humanity of Colorado is continuously looking to partner with organizations that can help provide a statewide footprint in affordable housing. The goal is to provide materials to the twenty-five affiliates across the state of Colorado at little to no cost. These partnerships have brought significant savings to affiliates which allows them to build more homes and serve more families. Each year, the number of families served in Colorado rises and Habitat of Colorado strives to continue serve more families through partnerships.

Bryant Colorado, leading provider of heating and cooling systems and in partnership with Habitat Colorado, will donate a new, efficient furnace to every Habitat home built in the next twelve months beginning June 2018, ensuring comfortable homes for more than 100 families in need of decent and affordable housing. The tradition Charles Bryant started more than a century ago is about more than heating and cooling. It’s about earning the trust of customers across the country by taking care of their indoor comfort needs.

Value for homeowners has always been a driving force behind Bryant designs and technology. From the development of the 80% efficiency boiler to adapting to the ever-changing market by offering smart technology and more, Bryant has a history of being committed to providing a wide range of products that meet homeowner needs and exceed expectations. “After volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, I knew that Bryant had to be a part of the Habitat magic that is transforming communities,” enthused Tim Brooks, president of Bryant Colorado.  “As a Colorado company we stand ready to do whatever it takes to build great communities where people care for one another.”

Habitat for Humanity will serve as many as 150 families over the next year, with 100 newly constructed homes purchased by low to moderate income families and 50 repaired or rehabilitated homes.  Bryant Colorado has pledged to donate an efficient furnace to each new home, a total value of $200,000.  Additionally, the company will work with its network of installers to seek donated and discounted labor and service.

The Colorado Roofing Association (CRA) is a non-profit organization established in 1978. Their continued commitment is to promote the ethics, education, and image of the roofing industry throughout the state of Colorado. The CRA’s membership includes over 220 roofing contractors, consultants, engineers, manufacturers, distributors, and associated professionals throughout Colorado’s roofing industry. Their goal is to help homeowners and commercial building owners and managers make informed decisions about replacing and maintaining their roof systems.

CRA is working with Habitat for Humanity (HFH) of Colorado in our ‘Roof Over Your Head’ partnership. The goal is to connect local Habitat building projects with contractors, suppliers & manufacturers who are willing to donate labor and materials so that hard-working families across Colorado can have a roof over their heads.  In 2015-2017, Colorado Roofing Association members donated labor and materials for 50 Habitat for Humanity homes – more than $300,000 in in-kind value to affiliates!
