Habitat for Humanity of Colorado supports legislation that impacts affordable homeownership across the state. This legislative session, Habitat Colorado is working on numerous bills that support affordable housing, such as SB24-106 Right to Remedy Construction Defects. With a lack of affordable homeownership opportunities in Colorado we need more naturally occurring, for-sale, affordable, housing stock.
